DELF Ceremony [fr]
The Consul General proudly handled their diplomas to the students of Audubon Charter School and Lycée Français of New Orleans, on March 9th on the LFNO Carrolton campus.
It was both a moving and nice ceremony, and the opportunity to emphasize French language as part of the history and heritage of Louisiana, and, most important perhaps, part of the state’s future: French is the 2nd most taught foreign language worldwide, spoken on all continents, an official language at the UN, EU or NATO; French has never been spoken that much all around the world !
Congratulations to the schools, their leaderships, to the educators, parents and the children who have passed the DELF exam. Succeed and be happy in life, in French!
